Common use of Other Security for the Debt Clause in Contracts

Other Security for the Debt. The Mortgagor shall observe and perform all of the terms, covenants and provisions contained in the Note and in all other mortgages and other instruments or documents evidencing, securing or guaranteeing payment of the Debt, in whole or in part, or otherwise executed and delivered in connection with the Note, this Mortgage or the loan evidenced and secured thereby.

Other Security for the Debt. The Mortgagor shall observe and perform all of the terms, covenants and provisions on the part of Mortgagor to be observed and performed contained in the Note Credit Agreement and the Loan Instruments and in all other mortgages and other instruments or documents evidencing, securing or guaranteeing payment of the Debt, in whole or in part, or otherwise executed and delivered in connection with the NoteCredit Agreement, the Notes or this Mortgage or the loan evidenced and secured therebyMortgage.

Other Security for the Debt. Other Security for the Debt. The Mortgagor shall observe and perform all of the terms, covenants and provisions contained in the Note and in all other mortgages and other instruments or documents evidencing, securing or guaranteeing payment of the Debt, in whole or in part, or otherwise executed and delivered in connection with the Note, this Mortgage or the loan evidenced and secured therebythereby (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Loan Documents"), in each case within the applicable notice and grace periods, if any, set forth therein.
