Common use of Other Series Supplements Clause in Contracts

Other Series Supplements. Each Series Supplement will provide for the payment of Ford Reimbursement Obligations prior to any distribution or other release of funds to HVF thereunder and prior to any payment of any termination payments under Swap Agreements; provided, however, that on or prior to January 6, 2006, the Series 2002-1 Supplement, dated as of September 18, 2002, by and between HVF and the Trustee, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, will not be required to provide for any payment of Ford Reimbursement Obligations.
