Common use of Other Setup Arrangements Clause in Contracts

Other Setup Arrangements. Subsequent to the execution of this Agreement, and prior to the commencement of the Term, Contractor and Continental shall work together to facilitate all other relevant aspects of the commencement of Contractor's provision of Regional Airlines Services as of the beginning of the Term, including without limitation the provision of passenger-related airport services, ground handling services and technology-related services (subject to the related cost-allocation provisions in Section 4.03).
