Common use of OTHER SHARES OF THE CORPORATION Clause in Contracts

OTHER SHARES OF THE CORPORATION. The parties hereto agree that the provisions of this Agreement relating to Common Shares shall apply mutatis mutandis to any shares or securities into which such Common Shares may be converted, changed, reclassified, redivided, redesignated, subdivided or consolidated, to any shares or securities which are received by the parties hereto as a stock dividend or distribution payable in shares or securities of the Corporation and to any shares or securities of the Corporation or of any successor or continuing company or corporation to the Corporation which may be received by the parties hereto on a reorganization, amalgamation, consolidation or merger, statutory or otherwise.
