Other Sign Modifications. This Agreement applies only to the Relocated Billboards and Changeable Message Boards contemplated by this Agreement. Any additional changes, alterations, or modifications of any kind to any billboard shall adhere to state law and the City’s municipal code, and may warrant a modification to an existing conditional use permit.
