Other Sources of Indemnification. The Company’s obligation, if any, to indemnify or to advance expenses to any person who was or is serving at its request as a manager, officer, member, manager, partner, trustee, employee or agent of another corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, trust or other enterprise shall be reduced by any amount such person has actually collected as indemnification or Advancement of Expenses from such other corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust or other enterprise.
