Other Standard Terms and Conditions. The Future Related Agreements will include the substantive terms and conditions contemplated by this Letter Agreement (including without limitation the terms and conditions set forth in Exhibit C), as well as other terms and conditions typically contained in similar agreements governing similar activities, rights and obligations. Such additional terms and conditions will include, as applicable, provisions governing indemnification, limitations of liability, defense and enforcement of Intellectual Property and effects of termination.
