Common use of Other Steam Clause in Contracts

Other Steam. Owner may supply the Westlake Parties with any steam (other than High Pressure Steam) produced in the operation of the Ethylene Assets, which is not required by such operation and is required for the Westlake Parties’ operation, at a cost to the Westlake Parties as incurred by Owner in the production of such steam; provided that Owner shall not be obligated to make available steam hereunder if doing so would have a material adverse effect on the operations of the Ethylene Assets. The Westlake Parties shall provide reasonable notice to Owner of the approximate date, time and quantity of each of its requirements of such steam.
