Common use of Other Stockholder Parties Clause in Contracts

Other Stockholder Parties. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, Parent acknowledges that certain of each Stockholder’s affiliates (including funds advised by such affiliates) and other platforms trade securities and bank debt and originate loans (including the provision of debt financing) and nothing herein shall restrict the ability of such affiliates (other than the Stockholders) or platforms to buy and sell or otherwise trade securities (including Common Stock) and bank debt and originate loans.
