Common use of Other Stockholder Parties Clause in Contracts

Other Stockholder Parties. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, Parent acknowledges that certain of the Stockholder’s affiliates and other platforms trade securities and syndicated bank debt and originate loans (including the provision of debt financing for transactions similar to the transactions contemplated by the Merger Agreement) and nothing herein shall restrict the ability of such affiliates (other than the Stockholder) or platforms to trade securities (including Company Shares) and syndicated bank debt and originate loans in the ordinary course of business.
