Other students. Our student must be the only guest from his/her country, or of the same language group. e.g. students from Spain and most of South America cannot be placed together. We are sure you understand this request is necessary for students to speak as much English as possible. Also, for Safeguarding reasons, Young Learners can’t be placed with you if you have an adult student from another school.
Other students. We understand and accept RELA’s policy that two students from any school(s) who speak the same language should not be placed in the same home unless specifically requested by both students.
Other students. Action Item 7: By January 2, 2018, the District will review the admission and enrollment process at the Magnet School during the 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 school years. For each student with a disability who was selected for the Magnet School but subsequently did not enroll at the Magnet School, the District will ensure that the student with a disability was not discriminated against during the admission and enrollment process. If the District determines that any student with a disability was found to have been excluded from the Magnet School due to discrimination based on disability, the Magnet School will send a written offer of admission to the student with a disability to the student’s last known home address of record by January 15, 2018. If the District cannot obtain the records of selected students for either school year after a good faith effort, the District will post a notice on the District’s main webpage for at least forty- five (45) days offering immediate admission to the Magnet School for selected students with disabilities that were denied enrollment, on the basis of disability, for the 2015-2016 or 2016- 2017 school year.
Other students. If a student participating in non-athletic extra-curricular activities receives a consequence under this EAPA or the activity’s rules, by-laws, charter, constitution, etc., the appeal shall be heard by the campus principal, whose decision is final and may not be appealed. Student
