Other Subadvisers. In performance of its duties and obligations under this Agreement, the Trader shall not consult with any other sub-adviser to or trader for the Fund or with the sub-adviser to or trader of a portfolio that is under common control with the Fund concerning transactions for the Fund in securities or other assets.
