Other Submissions. Performing Agency will submit accurate and timely information to the System Agency in accordance with the Submission Calendar or in the timelines below, as follows:
a. comprehensive monthly encounter data for all Services, including all required data fields and values in the current version of the HHSC Community Mental Health Service Array. The HHSC Community Mental Health Service Array is incorporated by reference and is found within the General Warehouse Information, Specifications subfolder using the following link: xxxxx://xxxx0xxxxx0.xxxx.xxxxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/DataWarehousePage/;
b. supporting reports, data, work papers and information, as requested by the System Agency;
c. within ten business days after request: 1) Inventory of Mental Health Organizations;
Other Submissions. Requests submitted for non-prime time or requests for prime time submitted after January 31st shall be granted on a first-come, first-granted basis provided such requests shall not be submitted more than one (1) year in advance. Requests submitted on the same day by multiple employee’s shall at the end of that business day be awarded by bargaining unit seniority unless the employees in the department/unit decide to use an alternative method by a majority bargaining unit member vote conducted by the Union and shall be in effect for the life of the contract.
Other Submissions. 1. Requests submitted for non-prime time or requests for prime time submitted after January 31st shall be granted on a first-come, first-granted basis provided such requests shall not be submitted more than one (1) year in advance.
2. Requests submitted on the same day by multiple Employees will, at the end of that day (midnight), be awarded by seniority.
3. For non prime time or non annual submission requests other employees approved Leaves of Absence and open schedules will not affect the granting of PTO requests except if the granting would result in a unit having no regular staff (e.g regular staff includes contracted per diems and regular floats.)

Other Submissions. Any other Records or certification that may be required to be submitted to the Agency by Law, no later than the date that is required by Law.

Copies of all petitions, applications and communications submitted by the Grantee to the FCC, Securities and Exchange Commission or any other federal or state regulatory commission or agency having jurisdiction in respect to any matter affecting cable operation within the Franchise Area shall also be submitted simultaneously to the City.

In addition, the Regulatory Responsible Party for each Region shall provide the other Party with written notice of each of the following events with regard to each applicable DT Co-Co Product throughout the Region (to the extent not already provided pursuant to Section 6.5.4(a) (Regulatory Filings)), subject to Section 6.5.1(c) (CMC Matters): within a reasonable period of time, but in any event, unless not practicable, at least [***], following the occurrence thereof (a) the submission of any applications for Regulatory Approval of such DT Co-Co Product to any Regulatory Authority in the Region, and (b) receipt of or denial of Regulatory Approval for such DT Co-Co Product (or inquiries from the applicable Regulatory Authority related to the Regulatory Approval process); provided that the Regulatory Responsible Party shall inform the other Party of any such event under (a) or (b) prior to public disclosure of such event by the other Party.
