Other Sums Due. Any additional rent or other sum owed by Tenant to Landlord (other than Base Rent), and any cost, expense, damage or liability incurred by Landlord for which Tenant is liable, shall be considered additional rent payable pursuant to this Lease, and unless expressly provided otherwise pursuant to a different provision of this Lease, such amount shall be paid by Tenant no later than thirty (30) days after the date Landlord notifies Tenant of the amount thereof or makes demand therefor.

The "obligations, duties and liabilities" referred to in the immediately preceding sentence include, without limitation, the obligation to pay and otherwise process all Deposit Accounts in accordance with applicable law and their respective contractual terms and the duty to supply all applicable reporting forms for periods following the Closing Date including, without limitation, IRS Form 1099 reports relating to the Deposit Accounts to be filed and provided after the Closing Date. With regard to each XXX included within the Deposit Accounts, BUYER shall also assume the appropriate plan pertaining thereto and the trustee or custodial arrangement in connection therewith.

  • Liabilities of the Master Servicer The Master Servicer shall be liable in accordance herewith only to the extent of the obligations specifically imposed upon and undertaken by it herein.
