Other Tax Implications. The purpose of development of the ---------------------- Deliverables under this Agreement is to demonstrate that the Product developed hereunder will conform to the Specifications. The Deliverables have no intrinsic value as an item. As such, no value added, sales, or use taxes have been assessed or are anticipated to be required as a result of the Services performed under this Agreement.
