Other Taxes Generally. Except as otherwise provided pursuant to Section 2.10(c)(iii), (iv) and (v) of this Agreement, each Party shall be responsible for all Other Taxes imposed under applicable Law on such Party or on property owned, used or possessed by such Party and such Party shall not be entitled to indemnification from any other Party for such Other Taxes.
