Other Tenancies. Landlord reserves the absolute right to effect such other tenancies in the Project as Landlord shall determine, in the exercise of its sole business judgment. Tenant does not rely on the fact, nor does Landlord represent, that any specific tenants will or will not, during the Term of this Lease, occupy any space in the Project.
