Common use of Other Termination Events Clause in Contracts

Other Termination Events. The Executive hereby agrees that no severance payments or benefits under Section 5(a) shall be payable or provided upon termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company (i) by the Company with Cause; (ii) by the Executive without Good Reason; (iii) as a result of the Executive’s death or Permanent Disability; or (iv) as a result of non-renewal of the Employment Period by either the Executive or the Company pursuant to Section 2(a), and the Executive hereby waives any claim for such severance payments or benefits except for the Accrued Benefits.
