If the Employee’s employment with the Company terminates other than as a result of an Involuntary Termination at any time within the period beginning two (2) months before a Change of Control and ending twelve (12) months after a Change of Control, then the Employee shall not be entitled to receive the Severance Amount or other benefits under this Section 5.
