Common use of Other Termination of Employment Clause in Contracts

Other Termination of Employment. In the event the Participant’s employment with the Company and its Subsidiaries is terminated for any reason other than as provided in Section 2(b)(i), any unvested Restricted Stock as of the effective date of the Participant’s termination of employment shall immediately be forfeited to the Company.

Other Termination of Employment. In the event the Participant’s employment with the Company and its Subsidiaries and/or any Subsidiary is terminated for any reason other than as provided in Section 2(b)(i)) or (ii) hereof, any unvested Restricted Stock as of the effective date of the Participant’s termination of employment shall immediately be forfeited to the Company.

In the event the Participant’s employment with the Company and its Subsidiaries and/or any Subsidiary is terminated for any reason other than as provided in Section 2(b)(i), (ii) or (iii), any unvested Shares of Restricted Stock as of the effective date of the Participant’s termination of employment shall immediately be forfeited to the Company.
