Common use of Other Termination of Service Clause in Contracts

Other Termination of Service. If the Optionee's Service with the Participating Company Group terminates for any reason, except Disability or death, the Option, to the extent unexercised and exercisable by the Optionee on the date on which the Optionee's Service terminated, may be exercised by the Optionee within three (3) months after the date on which the Optionee's Service terminated, but in any event no later than the Option Expiration Date.

Other Termination of Service. If the Optionee's Service with the Participating Company Group terminates for any reason, except Disability other than pursuant to Section 7.1(a), (b), (c) or death(d), the Option, to the extent unexercised and exercisable by the Optionee on the date on which the Optionee's Service terminated, may be exercised by the Optionee within three twelve (312) months (or such longer period of time as determined by the Board, in its discretion) after the date on which the Optionee's Service terminated, but in any event no later than the Option Expiration Date.

Other Termination of Service. If the Optionee's Service with the Participating Company Group terminates for any reason, except Disability or death, the Optionreasons other than those specifically enumerated, to the extent the Option remains unexercised and exercisable by the Optionee on the date on which the Optionee's Service thus terminated, the Option may be exercised by at any time during the Optionee within three (3) months after month period immediately following the date on which the Optionee's Service thus terminated, but in no event any event no later than the date the Option Expiration DateTerm expires.

If the Optionee's ’s Service with the Participating Company Group terminates for any reason, except Disability Disability, death, Termination after Change in Control, or deathCause, the Option, to the extent unexercised and exercisable by the Optionee on the date on which the Optionee's ’s Service terminated, may be exercised by the Optionee within at any time prior to the expiration of three (3) months (or such other longer period of time as determined by the Board, in its discretion) after the date on which the Optionee's ’s Service terminated, but in any event no later than the Option Expiration Date.

Other Termination of Service. If the Optionee's Service employment with the Participating Company Group terminates for any reason, except Complete Disability or death, the Option, to the extent unexercised and exercisable by the Optionee on the date on which the Optionee's Service terminated, may be exercised by the Optionee within three one (31) months month (or such other longer period of time as determined by the Board, in its sole discretion) after the date on which the Optionee's Service terminated, but in any event no later than the Option Expiration Date.

Other Termination of Service. If the Optionee's ’s Service with the Participating Company Group terminates for any reason, except Disability or due to (i) Disability, (ii) death, or (iii) a discharge without Cause described in Section 7.1(a)(ii), then the Option, to the extent unexercised and exercisable by the Optionee on the date on which the Optionee's ’s Service terminated, may be exercised by the Optionee within at any time prior to the expiration of three (3) months after the date on which the Optionee's ’s Service terminated, but in any event no later than the Option Expiration Date.

Other Termination of Service. If the Optionee's ’s Service with the Participating Company Group terminates for any reason, except Disability Total and Permanent Disability, death, Termination After Change in Control or deathtermination for Cause, the Option, to the extent unexercised and exercisable by the Optionee on the date on which the Optionee's ’s Service terminated, may be exercised by the Optionee within at any time prior to the expiration of three (3) months (or such other longer period of time as determined by the Board, in its discretion) after the date on which the Optionee's ’s Service terminated, but in any event no later than the Option Expiration Date.

If the Optionee's ’s Service with the Participating Company Group terminates for any reason, except Disability or death, the Option, to the extent unexercised and exercisable by the Optionee on the date on which the Optionee's ’s Service terminated, may be exercised by the Optionee within three one (31) months month (or such other longer period of time as determined by the Board, in its sole discretion) after the date on which the Optionee's ’s Service terminated, but in any event no later than the Option Expiration Date.

Other Termination of Service. If the Optionee's Service with the Participating Company Group terminates for any reason, except Disability or death, the Option, to the extent unexercised and exercisable by the Optionee on the date on which the Optionee's Service terminated, may be exercised by the Optionee within at any time prior to the expiration of three (3) months after the date on which the Optionee's Service terminated, but in any event no later than the Option Expiration Date.

Other Termination of Service. If the Optionee's ’s Service with the Participating Company Group terminates for any reason, except Disability Disability, death or deathTermination After Change in Control, the Option, to the extent unexercised and exercisable by the Optionee on the date on which the Optionee's ’s Service terminated, may be exercised by the Optionee within three at any time prior to the expiration of sixty (360) months days (or such other longer period of time as determined by the Board, in its discretion) after the date on which the Optionee's ’s Service terminated, but in any event no later than the Option Expiration Date.

Other Termination of Service. If the Optionee's ’s Service with the Participating Company Group terminates for any reason, except Disability or death, the Option, to the extent unexercised and exercisable by the Optionee on the date on which the Optionee's ’s Service terminated, may be exercised by the Optionee within three ninety (390) days (or six (6) months if the Optionee is subject to restrictions on transfer to comply with “Pooling-of-Interests” accounting rules) after the date on which the Optionee's ’s Service terminated, but in any event no later than the Option Expiration Date.

Other Termination of Service. If the Optionee's ’s Service with the Participating Company Group terminates for any reason, except Disability or death, the Option, to the extent unexercised and exercisable by the Optionee on the date on which the Optionee's ’s Service terminated, may be exercised by the Optionee within three ninety (390) months days (or such other longer period of time as determined by the Board, in its sole discretion) after the date on which the Optionee's ’s Service terminated, but in any event no later than the Option Expiration Date.

Other Termination of Service. If the Optionee's Service with the Participating Company Group terminates for any reason, except Disability or death, the Option, to the extent unexercised and exercisable by the Optionee on the date on which the Optionee's Service terminated, may be exercised by the Optionee within three months (3or such other longer period of time as determined by the Administrator, in its sole discretion) months after the date on which the Optionee's Service terminated, but in any event no later than the Option Expiration Date.
