Common use of Other Termination of Service Clause in Contracts

Other Termination of Service. If the Optionee's Service with the Participating Company Group terminates for any reason, except Disability or death, the Option, to the extent unexercised and exercisable by the Optionee on the date on which the Optionee's Service terminated, may be exercised by the Optionee within three (3) months after the date on which the Optionee's Service terminated, but in any event no later than the Option Expiration Date.

Other Termination of Service. If the Optionee's ’s Service with the Participating Company Group terminates for any reason, except Disability Disability, Retirement (as defined in Section 7.1 (c), above) or death, the Option, to the extent unexercised and exercisable by the Optionee on the date on which the Optionee's ’s Service terminated, may be exercised by the Optionee within three (3) months (or such other longer period of time as determined by the Board, in its sole discretion) after the date on which the Optionee's ’s Service terminated, but in any event no later than the Option Expiration Date.

If the Optionee's ’s Service with the Participating Company Group terminates for any reason, except Disability Total and Permanent Disability, death, Termination After Change in Control or deathtermination for Cause, the Option, to the extent unexercised and exercisable by the Optionee on the date on which the Optionee's ’s Service terminated, may be exercised by the Optionee within at any time prior to the expiration of three (3) months (or such other longer period of time as determined by the Board, in its discretion) after the date on which the Optionee's ’s Service terminated, but in any event no later than the Option Expiration Date.

Other Termination of Service. If the Optionee's Service with the Participating Company Group terminates for any reason, except Disability or death, the Option, to the extent unexercised and exercisable by the Optionee on the date on which the Optionee's Service terminated, may be exercised by the Optionee within three (3) months (or such other longer period of time as determined by the Board, in its sole discretion) after the date on which the Optionee's Service terminated, ; but in any event no later than the Option Expiration Date.

Other Termination of Service. If the Optionee's Service with the Participating Company Group terminates for any reasonreason except death, except Disability Disability, Termination Without Cause Before Fourth Anniversary or deathTermination Without Cause Following Change in Control, the Option, to the extent unexercised and exercisable by the Optionee on the date on which the Optionee's Service terminated, may be exercised by the Optionee within three (3) months after the date on which the Optionee's Service terminated, but in any event no later than the Option Expiration Date.'s

If the Optionee's Service with the Participating Company Group terminates for any reason, except Disability or death, the Option, to the extent unexercised and exercisable by the Optionee on the date on which the Optionee's Service terminated, may be exercised by the Optionee within three ninety (390) months days (or such longer period of time as determined by the Board, in its discretion) after the date on which the Optionee's Service terminated, but in any event no later than the Option Expiration Date.

Other Termination of Service. If the Optionee's ’s Service with the Participating Company Group terminates for any reason, except Disability or death, the Option, to the extent unexercised and exercisable by the Optionee on the date on which the Optionee's ’s Service terminated, may be exercised by the Optionee within three ninety (390) days (or six (6) months if the Optionee is subject to restrictions on transfer to comply with “Pooling-of-Interests” accounting rules) after the date on which the Optionee's ’s Service terminated, but in any event no later than the Option Expiration Date.

Other Termination of Service. If the Optionee's Service with the Participating Company Group terminates for any reason, except Disability or death, the Option, to the extent unexercised and exercisable by the Optionee on the date on which the Optionee's Service terminated, may be exercised by the Optionee within three six months (3or such other longer period of time as determined by the Administrator, in its sole discretion) months after the date on which the Optionee's Service terminated, but in any event no later than the Option Expiration Date.

Other Termination of Service. If the Optionee's ’s Service with the Participating Company Group terminates for any reason, except Disability or death, the Option, to the extent unexercised and exercisable by the Optionee on the date on which the Optionee's ’s Service terminated, may be exercised by the Optionee within three (3) months after the date on which the Optionee's ’s Service terminated, but in any event no later than the Option Expiration Date.

Other Termination of Service. If the Optionee's ’s Service with the Participating Company Group terminates for any reason, except Disability or death, the Option, to the extent unexercised and exercisable by the Optionee on the date on which the Optionee's ’s Service terminated, may be exercised by the Optionee within three at any time prior to the expiration of six (36) months (or such other longer period of time as determined by the Board, in its discretion) after the date on which the Optionee's ’s Service terminated, but in any event no later than the Option Expiration Date.

If the Optionee's ’s Service with the Participating Company Group terminates for any reason, except Disability Disability, death or deathCause, the Option, to the extent unexercised and exercisable by the Optionee on the date on which the Optionee's ’s Service terminated, may be exercised by the Optionee within three for a period of thirty (330) months days after the date on which the Optionee's ’s Service terminated, but in any event no later than the Option Expiration DateDate of the Option.

If the Optionee's ’s Service with the Participating Company Group terminates for any reason, except for Disability or death, the Option, to the extent unexercised and exercisable by the Optionee on the date on which the Optionee's ’s Service terminated, may be exercised by the Optionee within three thirty (330) months days after the date on which the Optionee's ’s Service terminated, but in any event no later than the Option Expiration Date.

Other Termination of Service.
