Common use of Other Termination of Service Clause in Contracts

Other Termination of Service. If the Participant’s Service terminates for any reason, except Disability, death or Cause, the Option, to the extent unexercised and exercisable for Vested Shares by the Participant on the date on which the Participant’s Service terminated, may be exercised by the Participant at any time prior to the expiration of three (3) months after the date on which the Participant’s Service terminated, but in any event no later than the Option Expiration Date.

Other Termination of Service. If the Participant’s Service terminates for any reason, except Disability, death or reason other than Cause, Disability or death, the Option, Participant may exercise the Option to the extent unexercised that it was vested and exercisable for Vested Shares by the Participant on the date on which of such termination of Service within the Participant’s Service terminated, may be exercised by the Participant at any time prior to the expiration sixty-day period following such termination of three (3) months after the date on which the Participant’s Service terminated, but in any event no later than the Option Expiration DateService.

Other Termination of Service. If the Participant’s Service terminates for any reason, except Disability, death or Cause, the Option, to the extent unexercised and exercisable for Vested Shares by the Participant on the date on which the Participant’s Service terminated, may be exercised by the Participant at any time prior to the expiration of three twelve (312) months after the date on which the Participant’s Service terminated, but in any event no later than the Option Expiration Date.

Other Termination of Service. If the Participant’s Service terminates for any reason, except Disability, death or Cause, the Option, to the extent unexercised and exercisable for Vested Shares by the Participant on the date on which the Participant’s Service terminated, may be exercised by the Participant at any time prior to the expiration of three ninety (390) months calendar days after the date on which the Participant’s Service terminated, but in any event no later than the Option Expiration Date.

Other Termination of Service. If the Participant’s Service terminates for any reason, except Normal Retirement, Early Retirement, Disability, death or Causedeath, the Option, to the extent unexercised and exercisable for Vested Shares by the Participant on the date on which the Participant’s Service terminated, may be exercised by the Participant at any time prior to the expiration of three (3) months (or such other longer period of time as determined by the Committee, in its discretion) after the date on which the Participant’s Service terminated, but in any event no later than the Option Expiration Date.

Other Termination of Service. If the Participant’s Service with the Participating Company Group terminates for any reason, except Disability, death or CauseCause or Termination After Change in Control, the Option, to the extent unexercised and exercisable for Vested Shares by the Participant on the date on which the Participant’s Service terminated, may be exercised by the Participant at any time prior to the expiration of three (3) months (or such other longer period of time as determined by the Board, in its discretion) after the date on which the Participant’s Service terminated, but in any event no later than the Option Expiration Date.

Other Termination of Service. If the Participant’s Service terminates for any reason, except Disability, death or Cause, the Option, to the extent unexercised and exercisable for Vested Shares by the Participant on the date on which the Participant’s Service terminated, may be exercised by the Participant at any time prior to the expiration of three (3) months after the date on which the Participant’s Service terminated, but in any event no later than the Option Expiration DateDate of Option.

Other Termination of Service. If the Participant’s 's Service with the Participating Company Group terminates for any reason, except Disability, death or Cause, the Option, to the extent unexercised and exercisable for Vested Shares by the Participant on the date on which the Participant’s 's Service terminated, may be exercised by the Participant at any time prior to the expiration of three (3) months after the date on which the Participant’s 's Service terminated, but in any event no later than the Option Expiration Date.

If the Participant’s Continuous Service terminates for any reason, except Disability, death or Cause, the Option, to the extent unexercised and exercisable for Vested Shares shares by the Participant on the date on which the Participant’s Continuous Service terminated, may be exercised by the Participant at any time prior to the expiration of three (3) months after the date on which the Participant’s Continuous Service terminated, but in any event no later than the Option Expiration Date.

Other Termination of Service. If the Participant’s Service terminates for any reason, except Disability, death or CauseRetirement, the Option, to the extent unexercised and exercisable for Vested Shares by the Participant on the date on which the Participant’s Service terminated, may be exercised by the Participant at any time prior to the expiration of three six (36) months after the date on which the Participant’s Service terminated, but in any event no later than the Option Expiration Date.
