Common use of Other Termination of Service Clause in Contracts

Other Termination of Service. If the Participant’s Service is terminated during the Restricted Period for any reason, other than as described in Section 3(b), 3(c) or 3(d) above, the Restricted Units, to the extent then unvested, and any Unvested Unit Distributions (as defined in Section 5, below), shall be forfeited by the Participant without any consideration.
