Other Termination Rights. Vodafone may terminate this Agreement (in whole or in part) with immediate effect if Customer: (a) breaches clause 3.8; or (b) is more than 30 days late in paying undisputed Charges and does not make payment within 30 days of written notice from Vodafone.
