Other Terms; Headings. Terms used herein and not otherwise defined in Article I that are defined in the Uniform Commercial Code in effect from time to time in the State of Illinois (the "Code") shall have the meanings given in the Code. Each of the words "hereof," "herein," and "hereunder" refer to this Credit Agreement as a whole. An Event of Default shall "continue" or be "continuing" until such Event of Default has been waived in accordance with Section 11.11 hereof. References to Articles, Sections, Annexes, Schedules, and Exhibits are internal references to this Credit Agreement, and to its attachments, unless otherwise specified. The headings and the Table of Contents are for convenience only and shall not affect the meaning or construction of any provision of this Credit Agreement.
