Other Terms Regarding Dispute Resolution. 1. Except to the extent provided by Section VI.C or Section VI.F.2, all disputes shall be resolved in either the court that entered the relevant Consent Judgment or, if no such Consent Judgment was entered, a state or territorial court with jurisdiction located wherever the seat of the relevant state government is located.
