Other Than Cause / Good Reason. If the employment of the Employee is terminated by the Company without Cause (other than due to death or Disability) or is terminated by the Employee for Good Reason, the Employee shall be entitled to the following compensation and benefits, in addition to the Accrued Payments set forth in Section 7(d):
