Common use of Other Than Death, Disability, Cause or Good Reason Clause in Contracts

Other Than Death, Disability, Cause or Good Reason. (i) The Company may terminate the Executive’s employment, other than as provided in Sections (3)(a), (b) or (c) hereof, upon written notice to the Executive and (ii) the Executive may terminate his employment with the Company, other than as provided in Section 3(d) hereof, upon written notice to the Company.
