Other than for Good Reason. In the event that the Term of Employment is terminated by Employee other than as set forth in Paragraph 7(a) above, Employee shall be entitled to receive Base Salary and Benefits earned and accrued but unpaid through the date of termination. The parties shall have no further obligation under this Agreement except that Employee shall not be relieved of Employee's obligations under Paragraph 8.
