Common use of Other Titles Clause in Contracts

Other Titles. None of the institutions identified as "Syndication Agent" or "Documentation Agent" on the title page to this Agreement shall have any obligations, liabilities or duties under this Agreement other than those applicable to a Lender (but only if such institution is a Lender) as such, and no such institution shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Lender. Each Lender acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on any such institution in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking or not taking any action hereunder.

None of the institutions identified as "Lead Arranger," "Book Manager," "Syndication Agent" or "Documentation Agent" Agent on the title page to this Agreement shall have any obligations, liabilities or duties under this Agreement other than those applicable to a Lender (but only if such institution is a Lender) as such, and no such institution shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Lender. Each Lender acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on any such institution in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking or not taking any action hereunder.
