Loading on Annual Leave During a period of annual leave an Employee covered by this clause shall receive a loading of 22.5% calculated on the all-purpose rate of wage prescribed by Appendix A, clause 2.3 of this Agreement.
Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday An Employee who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double time and one-half (2½) for hours worked, plus a day off subject to this Agreement.
Picnic Day 49.1 The Parties agree that Building Industry Picnic Day will continue to apply during the life of this Agreement in accordance with the following:
(a) The first Monday in December of each year shall be the building industry picnic day, except in Mildura. The second Monday in December shall be the building industry picnic day within an area of 25 kilometres from Mildura.
(b) All Employees shall, as far as practicable, be given and shall take this day as Picnic Day without deduction of pay.
(c) Any Employee required to work on this day shall be paid at the rate of double time and a half; provided that an Employee who attends for work as required on this day shall be paid for not less than four hours work.
(d) The Employer may require from an Employee evidence of their attendance at the picnic and the production of the butt of a ticket issued for the picnic shall be sufficient evidence of such attendance. Where such evidence is requested by the Employer payment need not be made unless the evidence is produced. This requirement only applies so long as all Employees remain eligible to obtain a ticket for Picnic Day regardless of whether or not they are a Union member.
SUBMISSION OF THE MONTHLY MI REPORT 4.1 The completed MI Report shall be completed electronically and returned to the Authority by uploading the electronic MI Report computer file to MISO in accordance with the instructions provided in MISO.
4.2 The Authority reserves the right (acting reasonably) to specify that the MI Report be submitted by the Supplier using an alternative communication to that specified in paragraph 4.1 above such as email. The Supplier agrees to comply with any such instructions provided they do not materially increase the burden on the Supplier.
Submission of Grievance Information a. Upon appointment of the arbitrator, the appealing party shall, within five (5) days after notice of appointment, forward to the arbitrator, with a copy to the School Board, the submission of the grievance which shall include the following:
1. The issues involved.
2. Statement of the facts.
3. Position of the grievant.
4. The written documents relating to Section 5 of the grievance procedure.
Qualified Medical Child Support Order A child who would otherwise meet the eligibility requirements and is required to be covered by a Qualified Medical Child Support Order (QMCSO) is considered an eligible dependent.
Working on a Holiday An employee who is required to work on a holiday shall be paid at the rate of straight time plus time and one-half (1 1/2).
Requirements Pertaining Only to Federal Grants and Subrecipient Agreements If this Agreement is a grant that is funded in whole or in part by Federal funds:
Procurement from UN Agencies Goods estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract may be procured directly from Inter-Agency Procurement Services Office (IAPSO) in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.1 and 3.9 of the Procurement Guidelines.
