Common use of Other Transaction Documents Clause in Contracts

Other Transaction Documents. The Buyer shall have duly executed each other Transaction Document (in the case of the Registration Rights Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto) and delivered each such other Transaction Document to the Company.
