Other Transfer Documentation. The Seller shall execute, acknowledge and deliver all other documents furnished to the Seller by the Purchaser as may be necessary to effectuate the transfer contemplated by this Section 2.02 to the Purchaser of all right, title and interest of the Seller in and to the Qualified Loans and the related Mortgages.
