Common use of Other Transfer Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Other Transfer Restrictions. No portion of the Plan Shares or Rights granted hereunder may be sold transferred, assigned, pledged or otherwise encumbered or disposed of by Participant until such portion of the Plan Shares become fully vested in accordance with paragraph 5 of this Agreement.

Other Transfer Restrictions. No portion of the Plan Shares or Rights rights granted hereunder may be sold sold, transferred, assigned, pledged or otherwise encumbered or disposed of by Participant until such portion of the Plan Shares become fully vested in accordance with paragraph Section 5 of this Agreement. Notwithstanding the above, Plan Shares may be transferred to satisfy tax obligations pursuant to Section 10 hereof.

No portion of the Plan Shares or Rights rights granted hereunder may be sold transferred, assigned, pledged or otherwise encumbered or disposed of by Participant until the occurrence of (c)(i) below: (i) such portion of the Plan Shares become fully vested in accordance with paragraph 5 of this Agreement. Notwithstanding the above, Plan Shares may be transferred to satisfy tax obligations pursuant to Section 10 hereof.
