None of the Borrowers, Feeder Funds or Blockers shall permit the Transfer of any Unfunded Capital Commitment of any Investor in the applicable Fund Group to any Affiliate of a Credit Party in the applicable Fund Group that is not a Credit Party hereunder or permit an Investor to fund a Capital Contribution directly to any Investment.
