Other Transfers Prohibited. If the Lessee attempts to assign the Lease, to rent the Home, or allows the Home Site or the Home to be occupied by anyone other than the Lessee in violation of this Lease, the Lessor may collect rent and other charges due under this Lease from the assignee or occupant, and apply the net amount collected to the amount herein due, but no such collection shall be deemed to be a waiver of the condition herein against assignment or subletting, or as an acceptance of the assignee or occupant as a lawful resident of the Community or of the Home Site and in such case the Lessee shall remain liable to the Lessor under all provisions of this Lease.
Other Transfers Prohibited. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, no Interest may be sold, exchanged, transferred, assigned, donated, pledged, hypothecated, encumbered, or otherwise disposed of without the prior unanimous written consent of all of the Members.
