Other unavailability to the Customer. (a) On any Day or Hour during a Gas Supply Emergency the Storage Operator may take steps to increase flow rates at the Relevant Storage Facility in order to comply with National Grid Gas’s instructions pursuant of the Network Code notwithstanding the Customer’s nomination on such Day.
