Common use of Other Users Clause in Contracts

Other Users. 4.1 The Licensee may permit any employee of the Licensee to exercise the rights granted by the Licensor to the Licensee under Clause 3.2(c) and (d), subject always to the restrictions set out in Clause 3. 4.2 The Licensee must ensure that any person using the Software and/or Documentation in accordance with Clause 4.1 is made aware of, and agrees to, the terms of this XXXX.
