Other Utility Expenses. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 6.3, Manager shall contract directly with the appropriate service providers for all telephone, cable television, natural gas, satellite, internet and all other services and other utilities servicing the Premises, and Manager shall be responsible for all charges associated with such services and utilities (“Other Utility Expenses”).
