Other Utility Services Clause Samples

The 'Other Utility Services' clause defines the responsibilities and arrangements regarding utilities beyond the primary ones typically addressed in a contract, such as water, electricity, or gas. It specifies which party is responsible for obtaining, maintaining, and paying for additional services like internet, telephone, waste disposal, or security systems. By clearly allocating responsibility for these ancillary utilities, the clause helps prevent disputes and ensures that all necessary services are provided and paid for during the term of the agreement.
