Other Work Letter Changes. Landlord will insure (or cause the applicable contractor(s) to insure) the Landlord’s Work with respect to the First Floor Premises until the First Floor Delivery Date and any damage to Landlord’s Work in the First Floor Premises prior to such date shall be repaired by Landlord. Landlord will insure (or cause the applicable contractor(s) to insure) the Landlord’s Work with respect to the Second Floor Premises until the Second Floor Delivery Date and any damage to Landlord’s Work in the Second Floor Premises prior to such date shall be repaired by Landlord.
