Our ability to increase the fees. We will review our fees during the course of your child's education and may increase them. We will try to give at least a term's notice of any increase and will always give you notice of any increase not later than the final day of the preceding term. If we: (i) give you notice of an increase to the fees before the end of the penultimate term before the increase is to take effect, you will have time to consider the increase and, if you wish to withdraw your child from the School before the proposed increase is set to take effect, then you will have sufficient time to provide the required term's notice of withdrawal to the School under Clause 6.1 below; or (ii) give you notice of an increase in fees which exceeds 6% later than the last day of the penultimate term before the increase is to take effect, you will be entitled to withdraw your child from the start of the following term PROVIDED THAT you give the School notice in writing of the withdrawal within twenty-one (21) days from the date when notice of the increase in fees is given. If you provide this notice you will not need to give a term's notice or pay fees in lieu of notice and will be able to withdraw your child without being responsible for fees for the next term.
