Common use of Our ability to increase the fees Clause in Contracts

Our ability to increase the fees. We will review our fees during the course of your child's education and may increase them. We shall try to give at least a term's notice of any increase and will always give you notice of any such increase not later than the final day of the preceding term. If we give you notice of an increase in fees which exceeds 6%, you will be entitled to withdraw your child from the start of the following term without giving a term's notice or paying fees in lieu of notice PROVIDED THAT you give the School notice in writing of the withdrawal within twenty-one (21) days from the date when notice of the increase in fees is given. In these circumstances, therefore, you will be able to withdraw your child without being responsible for fees for the next term.

We shall try to give at least a term's notice of any increase and will always give you notice of any such increase not later than the final day of the preceding term. If we give you notice Notice of an increase in the fees which exceeds 6%, you will be entitled sent to you before the end of the penultimate term before the increase is to take effect; for example, if the fees are to increase at the start of the autumn term, we will notify you at the end of the preceding spring term. This will allow you time to consider the increase and, if you wish to withdraw your child from the start of School before the following term without giving a proposed increase is due to take effect, then you will have sufficient time to provide the required term's notice or paying fees in lieu of notice PROVIDED THAT you give withdrawal to the School notice in writing of the withdrawal within twenty-one (21) days from the date when notice of the increase in fees is given. In these circumstances, therefore, you will be able to withdraw your child without being responsible for fees for the next termunder Clause 5.1 below.

In these circumstances, therefore, If you provide this notice you will not need to give a term's notice or pay fees in lieu of notice and will be able to withdraw your child without being responsible for fees for the next term.

If we we: (i) give you notice of an increase in to the fees which exceeds 6%before the end of the penultimate term before the increase is to take effect, you will be entitled have time to consider the increase and, if you wish to withdraw your child from the start School before the proposed increase is set to take effect, then you will have sufficient time to provide the required term’s notice of withdrawal to the following term School under Clause 5.1 below without giving a term's notice or paying having to pay fees in lieu of notice PROVIDED THAT you give the School notice in writing of the withdrawal within twenty-one (21) days from the date when notice of the increase in fees is given. In these circumstances, therefore, you will be able to withdraw your child and without being responsible for fees for the next term.; or
