Charges and expenses incurred by us pursuant to this Agreement (including but not limited to applicable taxes and duties) are payable by you and by such payment arrangements at such times as we shall determine. For Transactions denominated in foreign currency, charges may be levied on you in that currency at prevailing rates. You may incur costs or taxes associated with your Transactions that are not paid through us or imposed by us.
