Common use of Our own Services Clause in Contracts

Our own Services. Apart from mediating Travel Services as stated in Section 1.1 above, there are also additional services (other than Travel Services) available through the Portal which We, ourselves, are responsible for providing. For such additional services, You enter into a direct contractual relationship with Us. In each case, we clearly inform you if and to what extent we offer own services instead of only mediating third party services. Our own portfolio of services may vary over time. Some of our own services are described in Section 8. For additional services not set forth in these T&C’s, a detailed description of such additional services as well as information about our fees and supplementary terms and conditions for booking and usage, is provided to You over the course of the booking process.
