Our remedies and waivers. (a) You and the Guarantor must meet your obligations under this Agreement in a timely manner. We can take the time we need to exercise our rights, and we do not give up our rights if we do not act quickly or take all steps to enforce our rights at once. (b) The only time we give up any of our rights is if we agree to do so in writing.
