Our Right of Subrogation and/or Reimbursement Definitions. SUBROGATION means we can use your right to recover money from a third party who caused you to be hurt or sick. We may also recover from any insurance company (including uninsured and underinsured motorist clauses and no-fault insurance) or other party. REIMBURSEMENT means our right to be paid back any payments, awards or settlements that you receive from a third party. We can collect up to the amount of any benefit or any payment we made.
