Common use of Our Right to Require Advance Notice of Withdrawals Clause in Contracts

Our Right to Require Advance Notice of Withdrawals. As required by federal law, we reserve the right to require at least seven (7) calendar days advance written notice of withdrawal from all savings and interest-bearing checking Accounts. In addition, we may place reasonable restrictions on when and how you make large cash withdrawals. Typically, this would be due to the availability of cash at a particular branch. We do not have any obligation to provide security and we may require that you sign a document in which you acknowledge the risk of holding large amounts of cash. We may refuse the withdrawal request if you do not agree with these conditions.
