Common use of OUR RIGHTS TO SUSPEND ACCOUNT Clause in Contracts

OUR RIGHTS TO SUSPEND ACCOUNT. Without limiting our right to take action under clauses 15.2, 15.3 and 15.4 of this Client Agreement, we may in our discretion suspend your Account pending investigation for any reason. While your Account is suspended you will be able to close your open Contracts but you will not be entitled to place new trades. Circumstances in which we may choose to exercise this right include but are not limited to the following: (a) when we have grounds for believing that an Event of Default has occurred or may occur but believe that it is necessary to investigate circumstances with a view to confirming this; (b) when we have grounds to believe that you do not have sufficient understanding of the trades you are placing or the risks involved; (c) when we issue you with a written request for information and within ten (10) days of the request we have not received all information which we believe that we require in connection with this Client Agreement; or (d) we have reason to believe that there has been a breach in your Account or that there has been a threat to your Account.

When we have reasonable grounds to believe for believing that you do not have a sufficient understanding of the trades which you are placing or the risks involved; (c) when we issue you with a written request for information and within ten (10) days of the request c. When we have not received within 10 days of a written request all information information, which we believe that we require in connection with this Client Agreement; or; (d) we d. We have reason to believe that there has been a breach in your Account account share or that there has been a threat to your Accountaccount share; or e. We have reason to believe that it is necessary for us to comply with any regulatory requirements.

Circumstances in which we may choose to exercise this right include but are not limited to the following: (a) when we have grounds for believing that an Event of Default has occurred or may occur but believe that it is necessary to investigate circumstances with a view to confirming this; (b) when we have grounds to believe that you do not have sufficient understanding of the trades you are placing or the risks involved; (c) when we issue you with a written request for information and within ten (10) days Business Days of the request we have not received all information which we believe that we require in connection with this Client AgreementTerms and Conditions; or (d) we have reason to believe that there has been a breach in your Account or that there has been a threat to your Account.

While Whilst your Account account is suspended you will be able to close your open Contracts positions, but you will not be entitled to place new trades. Circumstances in which we may choose to exercise this right include but are not limited to the following: (a) when a. When we have reasonable grounds for believing that an Event event of Default default has occurred or may occur but believe that it is reasonably necessary to investigate circumstances with a view to confirming this; (b) when b. When we have reasonable grounds to believe for believing that you do not have a sufficient understanding of the trades which you are placing or the risks involved; (c) when we issue you with a written request for information and within ten (10) days of the request c. When we have not received within 10 days of a written request all information information, which we believe that we require in connection with this Client Agreement; or; (d) we d. We have reason to believe that there has been a breach in your Account account share or that there has been a threat to your Accountaccount share; or e.
