Common use of Our Rights Clause in Contracts

Our Rights. 22.2. Subject to the provisions of Clause 22.1 above, non- market Orders may be cancelled via the Electronic Trading System. We can only cancel your orders if you explicitly request so, and provided that we have not acted up to the time of your request upon those instructions. Executed instructions may only be withdrawn or amended by you with our consent. We shall have no liability for any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses, including legal fees, arising directly or indirectly out of the failure of such order to be cancelled.
