Out-of-Balance Conditions. If any out-of-balance condition caused by Fund or any of its prior agents arises during any term of this Agreement, Fund will, promptly upon Transfer Agent’s request, provide Transfer Agent with funds or Shares sufficient to resolve the out-of-balance condition.
